As well as founding and operating Namaste Retreat I practice several energy modalities that bring balance and harmony back to your body, mind, and spirit. Working together and in partnership with your guides and teachers we can release, remove and/or neutralize negative or adverse energy patterns and bring in positive healing energy. Some of the modalities I use are Matrix Energetics, Emotion Code, Thought Karate, and Dowsing. Check the Customized Retreat page for more information.
